Tom Baumgartner, PT, MPT
Get To Know Me
Tom earned his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of North Dakota in 1996. He worked in a private practice physical therapy clinic until 2001, when he founded ProRehab with Lynden Kurtz. Tom is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Vestibular Disorders Association.
Tom specializes in vestibular rehabilitation (vertigo/dizziness) and custom foot orthotics. He also treats a wide span of orthopedic issues and has received training in strain-counterstrain and manual spine techniques.
Tom and his wife, Jessica, reside in Fargo with their son and daughter.

Heather A. England, PT, DPT
Owner, Site Coordinator of Clinical Education, Clinical Instructor
In 1999, Heather earned her master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND and joined ProRehab Center in 2002. She also earned her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2007. In 2011, Heather became co-owner of ProRehab Center with Tom Baumgartner and Lynden Kurtz.
Heather’s area of concentration includes treating various musculoskeletal disorders. She developed a comprehensive Osteoporosis program based on The Meeks method used to help improve and/or stop bone loss while addressing postural changes affecting functional mobility and balance.
Starting in 2006, she primarily treated patients with low back pain while leading ProRehab Center’s Lordex Lumbar Spine System. Heather is well-trained and experienced in utilizing strain/counterstrain techniques when addressing pain and dysfunction in the neck and upper back. She is also passionate about treating injuries and dysfunctions affecting the shoulder complex.
In addition to being a clinician, Heather has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association on a state and national level, having served as PR chair and committee member and APTAND’s delegate/chief delegate for 10 years. She completed the American Physical Therapy Association’s Advanced Clinical Instructor training certification and serves as the site coordinator of clinical instruction and clinical instructor at ProRehab Center.
Heather lives in Fargo with her husband, Ryan, and their daughters Rayna and Hadley. She enjoys spending time with family, coaching girls basketball (Hadley), cheering on girls' fast-pitch softball (Rayna), and spoiling her fur babies, Spicer, Ginger, and Grace.

Denise Schram, PT, DPT

Denise graduated in 2014 with her doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and joined ProRehab Center that same year. This is also her alma mater for her bachelor of science in exercise science. Denise enjoys treating a wide variety of patients in all age groups including spinal dysfunction, post-operative patients, and TMJ dysfunctions. She has a special interest in return to sport and in 2021, she completed her training to be a Champion Performance Specialist.
Denise and her husband Carl are kept busy chasing after their twin boys, Colin and Beckett. In any remaining spare time, Denise enjoys being active with strength training, cooking, or baking with football on in the background, and spending time with their families.

Jon earned his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. He began his career providing acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy for patients at a small community hospital.
Since starting at ProRehab Center in 2016, Jon has worked at both of ProRehab Center's locations. His treatment focuses are in vestibular rehabilitation, general orthopedics, geriatrics, and ergonomic assessments. He is also certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and treatment, which primarily focuses on spinal-related pain.
Jon lives in Mapleton with his wife and 3 children and enjoys spending time outdoors in his free time.

Brittany Haugo, PT, DPT, OCS, CBIS, MDNC

Brittany graduated in 2012 with her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. She joined ProRehab Center in 2015. Brittany followed her area of interest and became an orthopedic certified specialist in 2016. She is a Graston technique specialist and has her certification in dry needling (MDNC) to help her patients address soft-tissue injuries/impairments. She is also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS).
Brittany's areas of expertise include orthopedics, sports injuries, vestibular conditions, and soft tissue dysfunction.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, hiking, going to the lake, and trying new food/restaurants.

Anna Foss, PT, DPT

Anna graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of North Dakota and joined ProRehab Center in 2021. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Her areas of interest include orthopedics, manual therapy, pelvic floor, and women’s health. She has received her certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Anna and her husband, Jordan, live in West Fargo. They enjoy doing all things outdoors, from hiking, camping, snowshoeing, skiing, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Bridget Juhnke PT, DPT

Bridget graduated in 2018 with her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, ND. She began her career at a rural facility providing care for patients in a variety of settings including acute care, outpatient orthopedics, and skilled nursing. She joined ProRehab Center in 2021.
She specializes in treating a variety of different conditions, including orthopedic injuries, balance disorders, and neurologic disorders.
Bridget lives with her husband and two dogs in Fargo, ND. She enjoys spending time at the lake during the summer and getting outdoors as much as possible with her two pups.

Jodi Crockett PT, MPT

Jodi earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in 1999. She worked in rural healthcare until moving to Fargo in 2003 where she worked in private practice.
Jodi's background includes all general orthopedic conditions, along with a special interest in dry-needling. Jodi is dry-needling certified and has been practicing with this emphasis for the past 10 years. She is passionate about not only treating sports and orthopedic conditions, but also takes a special interest in chronic pain, headaches and migraines, and neck and back care.
Jodi and her husband Mike live in Reiles Acres with their four children Jase, Halle, Haidyn, and Brooks. She enjoys lake season, family time, and sporting events with her kids.

Sarah graduated with her doctorate in 2003 from the University of North Dakota.
She initially started treating in pediatrics but has worked in an outpatient setting dealing with a wide variety of ages and diagnoses for the majority of her career. She started working at ProRehab Center in 2025. She is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist/Dry Needling (CMTPT/DN) through Myopain Seminars. She also has her Graston Certification.
Her passion lies in treating a variety of muscle-based conditions, TMJ, as well as headaches/migraines.
Sarah and her husband, Jed, live in West Fargo. They have 3 boys: Isaac, Jacob, and Levi. When not running to various sporting events for their kids, Sarah enjoys going to the lake, reading, and baking for her boys.

He then returned to UND and earned a BS in Physical Therapy in 1989. Mark has 36 years’ experience in outpatient neuromuscular and musculoskeletal physical therapy. He enjoys working with patients of all ages to help them get better and achieve their goals. He has post-graduate education in manual therapy, especially of the spine. Mark has also worked in a multi-specialty chronic pain clinic, a thrower’s program, and a runner’s program. He enjoys all areas of outpatient physical therapy but does not treat vertigo or the pelvic floor.
